From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on the 'Questions' module.

A new screen will appear, click on the category you require.

Click the name of the relevant question.

A pop-up will appear under the attachments section. Click on 'Browse' or 'Upload new file'.

Find the relevant file, click on it then click on 'Open'. Then click on 'Upload'. Your document will then be uploaded.
