From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Risk Assessments'.


A drop down will appear. Click on 'View/Manage'.



A new page will appear. Click on 'Create New Risk Assessment'.



A new page will appear. Enter a name for the risk assessment.



Select the location of your risk assessment. If you click the text a drop down box will load with a list of locations.


You can also choose to select a review period for the risk assessment. Select a review period from the drop down tab.



Once selected, click on 'Next'.



A new page will appear. Answer all of the highlighted questions.



Once completed, click on 'Next'.




A new page will appear. Click on 'Add a New Control' to add suitable control measures.



Once completed, click on 'Next'.



A new page will appear. Click on 'Add a New Additional Control' to add suitable future control measures. 

Once completed, click on 'Save & Finish'.
