From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Incidents'.
A pop up will appear. Click 'View/Manage.'
Click on the incident that needs editing.
A new page will appear, click on the icon highlighted below.
A pop up will appear. This will allow you to edit the highlighted fields.
If you want to delete a witness, click the icon highlighted below.
By clicking the 'X' icon, the witness will be deleted.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
