From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Incidents'.



A new pop up will appear. Click 'View/Manage.'


Click on the incident that you want to add an attachment to.



The incident will then open. Click on 'Attachments'.



Click on 'Add New Attachment'.



Click on 'Browse' to upload the chosen attachment.



Once you've selected the attachment, click on 'Upload'.


The attachment will then be found under 'Attachments'.
