From the question page, click the highlighted icon next to the chosen question as shown below.
A pop up will appear. Click the highlighted box as shown below, labelled 'Click here to type a message'.
Another pop up will appear. There will be a box under 'Change Status', click this box and options will appear where you can select a new status for the question.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
