From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Risk Assessments'.
A drop down will appear. Click on 'View/Manage'.
A new page will appear. Click on the Risk Assessment which you want to add a new hazard to.
A new page will appear. Click on the Add New icon. A drop down list will appear, select Add Hazard.
A new page will load. Add the New Hazard, fill in the relevant fields, and click on 'Next'.
A new page will load. Click on Add a New Control to add current controls. Then click Next.
A new page will load. If you have any future controls you would like to add, click Add a New Control. Then click Save & Finish.
