Where do I go to access a witnesses details / statement? : xCenta Essentials

From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Incidents'.

A pop up will appear. Click 'View/Manage.'

A new page will appear. Click on the relevant Incident.

A new page will appear. Scroll down and you will find Witness Details and any attached documents.

If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
