From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Risk Assessments'.
A drop down will appear. Click on 'View/Manage'.
A new page will appear. Click on 'Create New Risk Assessment'.
A new page will appear. Begin to complete the Risk Assessment and tick 'Would you like to make this an xCenta Template?'
Complete the Risk Assessment and click 'Save and Finish'.
