From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Risk Assessments'.
A pop up will appear, click on View/Manage'.
A new page will appear. Click on the Risk Assessment that includes the task you want to assign to multiple users.
A new page will appear. Click on the Change Log tab.
A pop up will appear, click on Request Review.
You will be presented with a list of staff from that location. Click the relevant staff you want to assign the Task to, then click 'Submit Review'.
An email will be sent out to all selected users, notifying them that the risk assessment is due for a review soon.
If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
