From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Incidents'.

A pop up will appear. Click 'View/Manage.'

A new page will appear. Click on the incident you want to see details of.

A new page will appear. Scroll to the bottom and click on 'Yes', where it says 'Is an Accident Investigation required?'

If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
