From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Questions'.

A new page will appear. Click on the relevant category.

A new page will appear. Click on the relevant question.

A pop up will appear. Here you will be able to add / edit / reply to your questions.

If you are unable to follow these instructions, you may not have the required user permissions. Please contact your Site Administrator.
