If a user has had over seven days absent from work following the incident, a RIDDOR report must be completed and an investigation is required. 


To review the incident, and open either a RIDDOR report or an investigation, follow the guide below.



From the xCenta Essentials Dashboard, click on 'Incidents'.



A pop up will appear. Click 'View/Manage.' 



A new page will appear. Click on the incident you want to see details of.





A new page will appear. On this page, you can either 'Generate RIDDOR Report', or 'View Investigation'.
