From xCenta Essentials Dashboard click on E-learning.
A drop down list will load. Select Course Builder.
A new page will load. Click on 'Add New Course'.
A pop up will appear. Fill in the relevant information, then click 'Create'.
A new page will load. Click on the edit icon on page 1.
A pop up will load with various page layout options. You can change the Page Title and select a different layout. Then click 'Save'.
A pop up will appear. Click 'OK'.
Your page will refresh and show the new layout. To upload an image click into the box.
A pop up will load. Click on 'Choose File', a pop up will load, select the relevant file and click 'Open'. If you have images saved in your library you can search for them in the 'Search images...' box.
The image will load onto the screen to preview. Click on 'Upload'.
Enter your text in the box provided.
If you would like to add questions to your page, click on 'Add Question'.
Question options will appear. Fill out the relevant information.
To add a new page, click on the 'Add New...' icon. A drop down list will appear, select 'Add New Page'.
A pop up will appear. Enter the relevant information, then click 'Add'.
To add a new section, click on the 'Add New...' icon, then select 'Add New Section'.
A new pop up will load. Fill out the relevant information, then click 'Save'.
To move pages and sections, click on the page or section in the column and drag to where you would like it to be placed.
To save a course, click on the save icon.
To preview a course click on the preview icon. You will need to have saved the course to preview it.
A pop up will appear, click 'Preview Course', or click 'Cancel' if you need to save the course at the latest update.
The course will load in a new tab.
Once you reach the end of the course, if you click 'Finish Course', this will close the browser tab and take you back to the course builder.
